  Zales at Willow Bend doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered my fiance's wedding band 8 weeks ago. They still don't have it, and can't even tell me where it is or when we should expect it. I already have paid in FULL for the ring. I have called numerous times, and visited the store twice, each time asking for a status update. Every time I ask for more information (as I need to determine if I should buy a ring elsewhere or not, if the ring is going to be too late), they promise they'll find the tracking information and follow-up with me, but NEVER do. I'm getting married this week, and we still have no ring. Please, don't give this place your business. It's unbelievable how careless and unprofessional they are, even when they know it will negatively impact a major life event. *UPDATE* After my fiancé went to the store and asked again about his ring, the manager finally let us know the ring wouldn't be here on time for the wedding (after multiple promises that we'd definitely have the ring on time). This was 6 days before the wedding. Absolute nightmare!

  Carmo is the best! She was so patient with me. I nearly tried on all the bridal rings in there. She was very helpful. She gave my fiance the best deal! Couldn't be happier! Exceptional customer service!
