  Some of the employees have always had a superior attitude in this store. They don't even speak to you when you walk up to the counter. It seemed to have gotten a little better recently until this past Sunday. An employee asked to help me and stalked me the whole time I was there. She was pushy and rude. She was scared to death she was not going to get the $20 sale. When I asked her to look up my credit card number she adamantly and rudely said "we don't do that". I told her she was rude and pushy and that I would get what I wanted somewhere else. I called their corporate office to complain and could only leave a message. I have never heard back from them. I have spent a lot of money in that store but from now on will go to Sur Le Table or Bed Bath and Beyond where they don't act like they are doing me a favor to help me. And to the previous complaints, it is not because you are young. I am much older than you and was treated like a child. Hopefully this store will go down with the rest of the WS that gave had to close.

  I just visited this store yesterday to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband. The gentleman at the door was very polite to me and my daughter and offer delicious cookie samples to both of us. The store was very busy so it took a little bit of walking around to find someone that was available to help us. Marla came and offer to locate the item that we were looking for. It took about five minutes to locate our item and to check out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

  I have been to this store many times in occasions I called in advance to check with employees of the store to see if they have what I am looking for, most of the times they are nice others when I arrive at the store i am warring my work clothes I have a small house keeping business and most of my work is around the areas where the store is, so I do my shopping there right after work and I get a strange look but I just ignored it. soon they change their attitude and help me. Love the store and their products.
