  It was my first time going to this Walgreens on 1/31/18 and will be my last time too. The Indian woman told me to wait a couple of minutes when it was my turn to pick up my prescription after waiting in line. Then she came back to ask for my name and insurance card. She has my medicine in her hand. Then the phone rang, she answered. There were 4 other people working there besides her. Instead of putting the phone on hold or let her coworkers answer it. I had to stand there for quite a while until she was done with the customer on the phone. She didn’t even apologize for letting me wait there. I am in the customer service field myself. I would definitely take care of the customer in front of me then over the phone. Especially when the call came in after I was talking to her. Just finish my transaction so I can leave lady. I have been to a few pharmacies, this one was definitely the worst customer service I have ever received. Will definitely not return to this location.
