  I wrote this review yesterday and noticed it was deleted...so here it is again! We stopped in your store Monday and was totally ignored. Very rude! Not once were we asked if we needed help for what we were looking for...she never even looked at us! Even when the other customer went out of the store for a couple of minutes - she still never acknowledged us!! We decided to take our business elsewhere...

  This was my first visit to this establishment and I must say first off I was impressed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had gotten there 30 mins before close and I was so occupied with the puppies and conversing with Tracea, who by the way was great she explain to me the process how everything works and how to get the best bang for the buck, I felt as if I had known her for years:). She did not rush me, she allowed me to take as much time as needed to get to know my long time companion. I left about an hour and half later not realizing how much time had past and they were closed. As far the puppies they were clean, well taken carry of, happy and energetic definitely not a puppy mill. I didn't find my companion but I will be using them to find the one for me. The store had some of the cutest things for your puppy, they have little beds and colorful crates everything you need to care for your new family member. I will be recommending them to my friends and family due to my experience today, I am a person who does read reviews and I think are very important in my decision making when choosing a company to render my services.
