  They don’t know anything about T-Mobile processes they denied stuff from them self not from the company I went to purchased to iPhone 8 Plus at one time and trying to add it to my account he don’t want to sell me two devices only if he going to sell me another Sim card which is I already have and I called 611 and I explained it to agent and he said you don’t have to buy another Sim card I don’t know why they’re not selling you the phones so I open the speaker so the agent can speak to the sales man (Christopher) and he declined to speak to the agent so he made me to go to another store to buy that 2 iPhone 8 Plus .... they should learn the policies and the processes. I’m not going to this store again and I’m not gonna do any business with them anymore ... so they declined stuff for y’all please try another store.
