  Alex and Kelsey were so helpful and help me resolve the incompetency and indifference of the Swarovski in DFW. The store is large and has only the latest designs. Alex showed me all the brightest and best of 2018. Do not by from any Swarovski store except the one in Willowbend and from either Kelsey or Alex. Back ground: I purchase an item in the Swarovski store inside of the American Airlines terminal. During my purchase Glenda did not let me know of the return policy ( I would have to come back to the airport to return the item). I assume that I could take my return to any store but was informed by the Alex this would not be possible because corporates stores are separate from privately own stores ( like DFW airport). Alex and Kelsey were so helpful and resolve the incompetency and indifference of the Swarovski in DFW.
