  We always love coming to this Sprintstore for our phone needs. Every time we come here we are greeted at the door right away. They ask us what we need and let us know how long the wait is. Unlike another Sprint store near our home, so we definitely appreciate the hospitality and great Customer service! We came in today to open a new line and transfer a line from a different account. Mirza and store manager was very knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed and more in less than an hour! Which is a miracle in my book! Lol Even with a closer store near my house I will definitely be making this my go to spot for all my Sprint needs.

  recently visited the Spring Creek location to inquire about any specials being offered. It was the BEST experience I have ever had dealing with a Sprint location or for that matter any other business.. WASIQ, the customer service Manager was EXCELLENT! he was very knowledgeable of the multitude of options available. he spent quite a long time with me and was able to get me unlimited data , provide me with a tablet at a very reduced cost, upgrade my phone AND even after all that, was able to reduce my monthly charges. The Spring Creek office is actually The Customer Center an indirect Sprint provider. They did not had my new phone in stock nor a protective cover for the tablet in stock at the Spring Creek location. A Rep Mirza made two trips to the Allen location to hand carry those items. I have never seen such a high level of employee dedication. What a great business. WASIQ is an invaluable asset to that business and provides the BEST customer service of any business. I will always do any Sprint business at the Spring Creek location.
