Worst buying experience of my life, point blank! I will never buy furniture from another one of their locations again. First, the completely didn't show up for the scheduled delivery day and didn't even have the common curiosity to give me a call. They just randomly set up a new time and date. I scheduled this appointment in conjunction with a move out of state and I ended up having to reschedule my moving services. When they ended up finally delivering my items the driver slammed down my brand new chair snapping the leg completely off of it and the forgot to deliver 2 of the designer throw pillows. The CS staff apologies as most would, however, they told me they couldn't get me a new chair for a couple of weeks. They were aware of my move out of state and said we don't deliver to that state and ended up stating that I would have to bring the chair into their store if I wanted a return. I was unable to as I had movers scheduled and a loaded trailer behind my truck. Not sure how them breaking a chair now became my problem when they already missed a delivery date, broke a chair, and forgot the pillows. I could rant and rant all day about how terrible my experience was, but I think you get the point. Never was this fixed, I still have a broken chair, and oh by the way, if you pay to have your furniture treated with the stain inhibitor product they offer they will never tell you that if you are not in the local area that the product will not be warrantied since you are no longer in their service area. They sell it as a life long product with protection guarantee for life, but once you need them they will fail you too. And still to this day I have not been helped by the local store, store manager or corporate Rooms to go. Stay away, stay far away.
