  Be careful on this store. They'll do "service" or "maintenance" without any permission from you. When you back there to pick your vacuum, they show you the bill and ask money, even though you never asked them to do that, they still charge you. I'll never go back to this store.

  We brought our vacuum cleaner in for a tune-up on December 3rd because we got a coupon in the mail for a discount. We have been told several times that it would be ready in a few more days and in a few more days. As of today December 20th it still has not arrived back at the store. I spoke to someone again today he told me it might be Thursday or Friday but they can't guarantee it. At the rate this is going there's no way I'm going to be able to vacuum my house in time to have my family in town for Christmas and nobody at the store seems to give a damn. His excuse today was that they sent out too many coupons. I would not use the store again and not recommend it to anyone

  Bought a vacuum here, they promised the world including free bags and service but when I called to get the bags all of sudden they no longer honor them. Such a bait and switch tactic...just get it online
