  No one is available to answer questions in the paint area on a Sunday. I end up waiting 30 minutes for assistance. I ordered a Bosch dishwasher with a panel that is supposed to match my kitchen and no one can help. Also no clear date on installation after numerous calls.

  My experiences with this store have been less than excellent until today! Chris Davis, in mill works, turned it around. When I called, he checked to see if my ordered item had come in. Yes it had. Then, while still on the phone, he walked all the way through the store to lay eyes on it. He confirmed that it had indeed arrived and in good condition. He took it to customer service, where it was waiting for me when I arrived. I had a great experience picking it up with the staff in customer service. Maybe things are looking up!
