  Poor business practices. Was taken advantage of by management. Sold a nitrogen canister for my keg system, which upon hooking up was clearly faulty (the threads were beat beyond use - could not get an airtight connection), which I immediately reached out to inform them of. Despite the clearly faulty product, I was met with condescension and no form of refund. No remorse from management. In a circumstance where there was clear fault on the establishment, where they could've easily recouped their losses by taking the issue up with their supplier, they chose to capitalize on the customer to gain their margin on the product. I was hustled and would strongly not recommend Kegs & Barrels to anyone looking for keg or beer gas supply/exchange.

  I was excited to learn they had my Kentucky Bourbon Barrel ale in a keg considering the bottles alone are difficult to find. Price was good and the gentlemen were kind and helpful.
