On my first visit to the store they asked me a few questions on what I was looking for and immediately sent me in the right direction. The staff is very knowledgeable of all their products. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable like I do in other stores. It was a quick in and out with great customer service! I will continue to buy all my jewelry from Jalin Jewelers.
