They stand by what they sell. Be very careful of buying from the other sellers though. I bought a cuckoo clock from a seller, John, only to discover it was defective when I got home. I returned it to the seller the next day but he was rude and dismissive. I complained to a member of the mall management team (Tina) but she took the side of the seller. Sad that a few rotten apples are spoiling the name for the entire store. Their loss - I'll take my business elsewhere
