  Very clean. Good assortment of merchandise. Employees friendly and helpful. One employee upon seeing me trying to decide between Kirkland Brand Vitamins and the name brand, informed me that if I was not satisfied with the Kirkland, that I could return the remainder for a full refund. Upon hearing the guarantee, I bought the Kirkland brand. Thank you Costco for hiring such great employees. The customer service at this location is as good as it gets. I was in a tough situation today and am at about my maximum capacity for stress. Tim was very kind in listening to me and he went the extra mile to request help. Jackson took care of our needs quickly and patiently and I'm really grateful to both of them for their generosity of spirit. They got me the products I needed for my business and got me out the door quickly. Their work meant a lot to me today and I'm very grateful they went the extra mile. I'll be back, will encourage patronage of this location and will remember the significance of their service at a time when they could have easily disregarded my situation. Well my last visit as I was walking out and met a strange man and we were talking about how much we love going to Costco particularly this Costco. And I said to him it's like going to Disneyland. And he said I feel exactly the same way he said I think of all kinds of reasons why I have to come here several times a week.

  I love how the employees just seem happy to be there. Other places make you feel like a nuisance, but not here! Great people, good prices, and fun to be introduced to new things I wouldn't have sought out on my own. I love shopping here.
