  They delayed shipment twice and I was on a deadline. So, I gave them a call on the phone. Yikes! Terrible customer service and great at passing the buck and blame onto others. As a bonus they were rude on the phone. Not helpful with delivery whatsoever and even hung up on me. No thanks. Don't waste your time with these yahoos.

  I've used them several times now and found their service was excellent. In addition since they are local I was able to bring in my application to make sure the magnetic strength was adequate. I was also able to reorder on the spot with my smart phone if I needed anything added. Very convenient and also very powerful magnets.
