  What a joke Email Apple get a battery replacement set up takes a month to come in. Finally comes in get email saying I have 7 days or they are giving it to another customer. I call ahead to make sure they have my battery replacement for my phone. They say yes I drive all the way down there. Guy tells me they aren't doing anymore tonight come back later or leave the phone for a day. I run a business from my phone I can't not have it for a day. They can't or won't give me a loaner. I'm done buying products from this company.
