  Great customer service! I spent a good deal of time researching Allen Edmonds and decided to purchase some. I live 200 miles away from the Plano store, but it's the nearest to my house, so I decided to make the trip to get a proper fitting. I purchased two pairs of shoes and wore them for some time before realizing they didn't quite fit right. I was disappointed and reached out to see if anything could be done, and was told that I would need to come back to the store. While not the most convenient option, I'm glad I did. Russ re-evaluated my feet and suggested a different size and I was able to exchange both pairs! I was so excited that he was able to find the perfect fit for me, I ordered some walnut Strands while I was there!!! The bottom line is that the company stands by their products, and their employees stand by their work. I recommend them to anyone.
