  Good range of products and can typically find what you need if it is in season. Well staffed and employees are only occasionally preocupied with not doing theor jobs. Standard layput pf an Academy so if you've been in one you should find what you need relatively easily.

  I didn't catch her name, but the associate in the shoe department needs to get herself a different job or be better trained in customer service! I guess that maybe she was just having a bad day. I'll give her the shadow of doubt, but she had an attitude with me from the beginning. She told me there's only 1 pair of women's athletic shoes with steel toes, but when I walked around, I found 2 more pairs with steel toes. She must've thought that I was trying to be mean about it or something, but when I let her know I'd found a couple more on the other side, she got snappy, said sorry real quick, and even looked away from me while saying it! I work in retail too! I know how much customer service counts! I was just trying to help her out so she wouldn't look like an idiot next time someone comes in & asks her for steel toe shoes! However, once I found the steel toe shoes & made it to the front, the cashier, Kathy was awesome & deserves 5 stars! She was very kind, speedy & friendly!
